DAY 1 - LIMA ARRIVAL

Arrival at the Lima international airport and transfer to your hotel located in the Miraflores center. Evening at leisure and dinner on your own. Your hotel is nearby many restaurants.

DAY 2 - LIMA / PARACAS

Get an introduction on pre-inca and inca cultures at the marvelous Larco Herrera Museum before boarding your luxurious bus to Paracas, a lovely seaside resort (3h30).

DAY 3 - PARACAS / ICA / NAZCA

Boat ride to discover the incredible Ballestas islands home to sea lions, pelicans, Peruvian boobies and Humboldt penguins. Transfer to Huacachina, a strange oasis lost in the middle of the dune and palm trees. Road to Nazca.

DAY 4 - NAZCA / AREQUIPA

Early in the morning, drive to Nazca aerodrome for a once in a lifetime experience: a 30min overflight above the worldwide famous Nazca lines. In the early afternoon, you will board a luxurious bus for a long but pleasant drive down to Arequipa (8-9h).

DAY 5 - AREQUIPA

Your tour guide will not let you get lost in the immense orange and blue convent of Santa Catalina, still home of a 20 nuns. You will also discover the Plaza de Armas and get free time in the afternoon for shopping or visit the museum Santuarios Andinos to learn more about the mummy story of Juanita.

DAY 9 - AREQUIPA / COLCA CANYON

Sport your first alpacas, lamas or vicunas on the road from Arequipa to Colca Canyon (3h). Afternoon at leisure to relax in the thermal baths of your hotel.

DAY 7 - COLCA CANYON / CONDOR CROSS / PUNO

Early in the morning you will be taken to Condor Cross, overlooking the deepest canyon in the world. Free time to spot condors. Transfer to Puno (6h).

DAY 8 - PUNO / TITICACA LAKE / PUNO

30min boat ride on Titicaca Lake to Uros where the local communities will explain them their daily life of an floatting island. It will take 2 additional hours to land on the authentic island of Taquile where its inhabitants still wear traditional clothes.

DAY 9 - PUNO / CUSCO

This 10h bus ride from Cusco to Puno will seem too short once you will start visiting the amazing sites of: Andahuaylillas also known as the Sistine Chapel of America, Raqchi temple and storage site, and Sillustani funeral site overlooking the Umayo lagoon. The road also offers stunning views, switching from Cusco subtropical highlands to Puno region high plains.

DAY 10 - CUSCO

Get an insight of the ancient Inca capital, and surely one of the most charming Peruvian city by visiting the Sun Temple also called Qoricancha, the cathedral and the surrounding ruins including the most famous one, still home of the unique Sun Festival (Inti Raymi): Sacsayhuaman. Afternoon at leisure to keep on exploring Cusco: San Pedro’s market, San Blas district, museums and picture session on Plaza de Armas.

DAY 11 - CUSCO / SACRED VALLEY

Early start to reach the the incredible and massive archeological site of Pisac. Shop your souvenirs at the artcrafts market and food market (Sundays) in the town of the same name. In the afternoon, you will then climb up to Ollantaytambo old forteress.

DAY 12 - SACRED VALLEY / AGUAS CALIENTES / MACHU PICCHU / CUSCO

Very early in the morning, board the train to Machu Picchu. After your guided visit, stroll and feel the inca spirit among the Machu Picchu. Lunch break in Aguas Calientes, and free time to shop the souvenirs market right next to the train station. Train ride back to Ollantaytambo, then transfer to Cusco.

DAY 13 - CUSCO / LIMA / DEPARTURE

Free time in Cusco before heading to the airport for your domestic flight to Lima. Connexion for your international flight.
